This cute and cheerful balloon display is easier than you'd think to put up and makes a big statement! A string is provided on which to attach the 30 white balloons - when assembled the balloon "œcloud" will be approx 160cm wide and 60cm tall.
The streamers come as 6x 20m rolls which can be cut to your desired length. All the information you need is on the instructions included.
