If you're not happy with your order, we do accept returns as long as we receive the items back at our warehouse within 15 days from the date of delivery in a condition fit for resale. If you wish to discuss returning any items, please contact our team within 15 days of receiving your order.

Please note, we don't accept any returns on confectionery, personalised products, helium canisters, pre-filled party bags, underwear, hosiery or wigs.

If you’d like to return your products, we will only be able to accept the items back in a resalable condition, unless your items were faulty when you received them. This means that the item(s) must be in original packaging without signs of wear or damage.

We are not able to accept returns on confectionary, personalised products, helium canisters, pre-inflated balloons, pre-filled party bags, hosiery, underwear and wigs. However, fancy dress costumes that include a wig can be returned, as long as the wig is unworn and the packaging seal is unbroken. Thanks for your cooperation and understanding.

Our returns process usually takes up to seven working days from the date you send the package and the processing of the return when we get receive it. Please bear in mind, this can be a little longer during busy seasonal periods, such as Halloween and Christmas, or during postal strikes. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your return is processed, which is typically within five working days.

If you are due a refund, it will be automatically issued to your chosen payment method from which you purchased your order. Depending on your payment method issuer, this can take around five working days (in the UK).
